Brandon A. Calderon Morales
I am a product-minded engineer who likes quiet pipelines, sharp documentation, and teams that care about the craft. This page is a relaxed tour through what I do rather than a stiff PDF.
Quick snapshot
- Omaha, Nebraska (hybrid and remote friendly)
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Currently wrapping up a B.S. in Computer Science at the University of Nebraska at Omaha
- Loves building with Rust, TypeScript, C#, Python, SQL, and clean YAML
- Comfortable shipping across AWS, Azure, and GCP
How I work
- Documentation as a product. I integrate docs-as-code into every repo so onboarding feels welcoming, not brittle.
- Pipelines with purpose. I prefer predictable GitHub Actions and Jenkins workflows over clever tricks that are hard to maintain.
- Security woven in. Fortify, ScanCentral, and good dependency hygiene are table stakes, not afterthoughts.
- Coaching by example. I mentor by pairing, writing calm checklists, and keeping architectural decisions transparent.
